Africa at Spitalfields has fast become a popular feature on the calander of the globally famous Spitalfields, the success of this free event has brought it into its third year. Preparation for Africa at Spitalfields 2015 is in full swing and visitors can expect to be thrilled by this vibrant celebration of African culture as the Spitalfields traders market is transformed to provide a taste of the exotic without leaving London.
Visitors will enjoy being transported to one of the most colourful nations on earth through stalls of incredible interior design, fashion, music, art, crafts and literature. The aroma of sweet smelling African street food, traditional African dancers and the sounds of the Adowa and Kpanlogo drums will all welcome guests. The best of African talent and the diaspora will be showcased on the day, providing a veritable feast of things to see, taste, buy and do for both young and old.
